After School Program

Wasatch Elementary partners with Salt Lake City School District Community Education to provide after-school care for students.

The after-school program begins when the regular school day ends and remains open until 6:00 PM. Students have time to connect with friends, enjoy a snack, complete homework, and participate in engaging enrichment activities.

The program includes homework help, science projects, math and reading tutoring, creative activities, and opportunities for students to explore interests in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Our goal is for students to feel cared for after school while continuing to learn, grow, and build confidence.

We know after-school care is an important support for many families. Current district fees include a $75 registration fee and $325 monthly tuition. Tuition assistance may be available, and families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to ask about support. We want families to reach out so we can help connect them with available options.
